Sarah Bell (Treasurer) became interested in theatre as a youngster in Lenox, MA when her church put on several productions of two plays written and directed by William Gibson. After volunteering, and then working, in many roles at Shakespeare & Company in Lenox throughout her teen years, she decided to study theatre and received her Bachelor degrees in Theatre and Management at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. She started off as a Box Office Manager for Nickerson Theatre, south of Boston, but soon started working (and still does) in higher education as a counselor and administrator. She enjoyed her experiences in college and community theatre productions in Bloomington, Indiana, Titusville, PA, and Morris, MN until 1998 and (very gratefully) became involved again when RiverStage started up in 2012. Most recently, she was seen on stage as Mrs. Lynde in Anne of Green Gables.
